Get up early, pack your bags and get ready for the tracking to Triund. You may start the tracking from McLeod ganj or ride the bike till Dharamkot and park the bike there. At the checkpoint give your details and continue your tracking (6 kms). Initial 3-4 kms are easy to do but last 2 kms will really test your strength. If you start your tracking by 8-9 am so you should reach Triund maximum by 10 or 11 AM (We completed the track in 2 hours). After reaching Triund, if you still don’t feel tired you may do a 2-hour tracking to Snowline as well but you would have to return to Triund for stay.
Book a tent for two with sleeping bags (blankets on request) enjoy the small bonfire in the night and for dinner you may get a Daal-Rice for ₹130/person (quantity and taste both was good).
Get up early at around 6 Am to see the beautiful sceneries while the sun rises. Leave from Triund by 8 and reach Dharamkot by 10 AM collect your bike and ride back to Mcleod ganj. Have breakfast and leave for Delhi.
On the way back you may visit Chintpurni temple. Also while going a back there’s a short cut which may cut short the distance by at least 20Kms. After crossing the river bridge there’s a left turn (which is not shown on the google maps) you may ask the locals there they will guide you to that route.
By 10 PM you will reach Delhi.
